Reglin Conveyor Belt Repair Materials are blackness, highly rubberband, premium grade, wear resistant 60 Duro natural rubber strips or patches designed for use to repair conveyor belt covers. Conveyor Belt Repair bands and repair patches are supplied with a particularly formulated Neoprene based CN Bonding Layer to achieve ultimate adhesion when bonded to rubber conveyor belt surfaces. To accomplish this ultimate bond strength, the TRS range of cold vulcanising adhesives is recommended.
Conveyor Chugalug Repair Materials are supplied with a feathered edge to let the repair strip or patch to completely merge with the existing conveyor belt encompass. This reduces potential catch points and the risk of having the repairs pulled off during operation. Repair Band and Repair Patches can exist supplied obviously or with heavy nylon fabric reinforcement for maximum puncture resistance.

Applications
Reglin Conveyor Belt Repair Materials have been designed primarily for use to repair conveyor belts without removing them from the conveyor organisation
Plain Repair Materials are used for the repair of impairment to conveyor chugalug covers or conveyor belts operating in medium operating conditions.
Fabric Repair Materials are used for the repair of damage to conveyor belt ply and covers or steel cord conveyors in heavy operating weather or applications, which require maximum tear strength and puncture resistance.
They are mainly used for conveyor system applications in the Mining, Quarrying and Mineral and Metals processing industries but can be used on conveyor belts in any application where required.
Repair materials can also be used for the reinforcing of condom joins in impact curtains, transfer sleeves or loading socks or any awarding where rubber is bonded together or repaired.
